YOUR PROPERTY Step inside and discover a generous, light-filled layout spread across three levels. The ground floor features a private bedroom, powder room, and fully equipped laundry, perfect for added privacy or multigenerational stays.
Upstairs, three additional bedrooms provide peaceful havens for rest, including a luxurious master suite with a walk-in robe and private ensuite. Two elegant bathrooms and three toilets ensure every guest is catered for with ease and comfort.
The home boasts two inviting living areas, offering plenty of room to unwind, stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV, or challenge your travel companions to a friendly game of pool. For younger guests, a high chair, safety gates, kids’ books and games are thoughtfully included, creating a truly family-friendly getaway.
At the heart of the home, the top floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, bathed in natural light. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is intended for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are strictly prohibited.
GUEST ACCESS This home sleeps 11 people across four bedrooms.
