  • Very well presented 4 bedroom house in the heart of Cowes, just a 20 min walk or 2 minute drive into the middle of town, or 850m (11 min walk) to the nearest beach. The house has space for 11 people to sleep, 2 living areas and a well equipped kitchen and free-standing wood heater, plus AC unit for those hot summers.

    Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with King bed, ensuite and AC unit.
    Bedroom 2 - 1 Double bed and 1 king single
    Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen bed
    Bedroom 4 - 1 Double bed and 1 single bed with single trundle bed underneath.

    At the rear of the garage is a secluded office space, ideal for working from home if needed!

    The spacious backyard and deck directly off the main room are ideal for entertaining or relaxing in those fantastic Phillip Island evenings.

    All bedding is provided, but guests will need to bring their own towels.
