Enjoy this beautiful rancher home, minutes from Cowichan Bay. The hosting and entertainment space of this home is designed perfectly for your vacation getaway. The 3 bedrooms are equipped with 1 king bed and 2 queen. The bedrooms are located at the front of the house and the open concept living, kitchen, and dining space are private to the beautifully landscaped and private backyard. The outside space is inviting with a lg sectional detached gym and newer 4 person hot tub.
- Please do not wear your shoes in the house.
- No smoking in the home.
- No Parties or events.
- All guests must be registered.
- No excessive noise.
- Dogs need approval (cleaned up after, no cats).
- Please don't eat and drink in the bedrooms.
- Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
- Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
- Please do your dishes.
- Please take the trash out before you leave.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- Please respect the noise curfew

We loved our stay here! This house is so comfortable, extremely clean, well laid out, comfy beds, well stocked and just lovely. Easy to cook in, relax in, visit in - it was perfect for an inter generational family girls getaway. The hot tub and bbq were great features! Quiet location, nice neighborhood, really great property management. Would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you to the owners for sharing your home with us!
