The self cleaning soaker tub in the bathroom is a great feature.The bathroom ammentities are beautiful and have an amazing scent.Wonderful space and a beautiful location. The staff is exceptional - welcoming, friendly and happy to accomodate wherever they can. Spa was just perfect and the heated outdoor pool and hot tub was clean and so relaxing - available until late. Choice for pub or restaurant dining with delicious options for food and drinks.The shuttle by boat to Butchart Gardens is a fabulous option and highly recommended to complete your experience."

"We spent our last night here after touring Victoria, and this hotel was truly the cherry on top. The weather was perfect, and the ocean view from our room was absolutely beautiful (make sure to book a second-floor room!). The staff was very kind and accommodating—they even let us stay a bit longer since our flight was in the evening. Breakfast was included and quite good. The location couldn’t be better: right in downtown Sidney, close to restaurants and shops, and just a few minutes from the airport. A perfect place to end the trip feeling relaxed and happy. "
