"The manager, Vanessa went above and beyond or me. She provided customer service that exceeded my expectations, and I have spent months in hotels for various remote work projects over the years. The hotel was clean, the room was clean, the grounds were clean, and the parking was secure via a gated parking area. The other members of the staff were friendly and helpful as well."

"The house was perfect size for our large group; there are plenty of bedrooms and extra beds for everyone! Our favorite part was the outdoor pool area! The pool is big, and host provides lots of floaties and beach towels. There is a grill and blackstone for outdoor cooking, a firepit, and deck area to eat at! The host was very responsive as we had some issues with the pool cover and a power outage in the area. There was also a broken outdoor umbrella that we needed for shade, and the host brought a new one over right away for us! We also loved the big kitchen, it had everything we needed! We will definitely be back again!"

"A real home away from home. We were visiting Yakima to visit my sister and her family. This house was two stoplights up the hill from her house. Barely visible from the busy street due to landscaping that provides privacy for a front yard patio, once in the gate and through the front door the home is private, quiet, nicely furnished and decorated with the personal and practical, with a large private nicely landscaped backyard. One wouldn’t know they were on a busy street in central Yakima. The house is well appointed with all the home and kitchen tools to ensure an easy stay.On this trip, we have stayed in three different vacation rentals in the Pacific Northwest; this is by far my favorite, the most comfortable, and one I looked forward to returning to to be able to relax at the end of busy days.Thank you, Paul and Kristie for sharing your home with us."

"A bunch of us went for a conference in Yakima. The house is so spread out, none of us were in each others space unless we wanted to be. The pool and the hot tub are perfect. Great backyard. Pretty much everything we needed. Very happy and will be back next year for the same convention. Thank you so much!"
