"The Shack was very homely, clean and comfortable. As a return Guest I appreciate the space and feeling of being at home. Good array of cutlery, crockery and electrical appliances to substitute for a stove/oven should you wish to cook. All good ... highly recommend"

"Quiet, peaceful stay with lovely rural Vista's. It's right on top of another home but the way the building are arranged still gives you full privacy.Cows and Alpecca's next door was a bonus to the serenity.. Even the occasional horse went past on the road.Photos reflect the reality of the placeBook it if you want peace and quiet, but still just minutes from the action of Goolwa township"

"I wish I could’ve stayed an extra night! The CABN was so cute! I followed a previous travelers advice and brought my own bath mat as the water from the shower goes everywhere and no one likes cold feet! Unfortunately there was no salt available as stated, so it’s lucky we had brought our own otherwise it would be annoying to drive back to town. I had magical mornings waking up with the fire and reading a book looking out at the pines. Just wish you couldn’t see the other CABNS! To make it extra atmospheric But all in all it was a beautiful stay. Two nights jjsg wasn’t enough."

"Home was lovely and clean. Food provisions were excellent and unexpected the amount that was left for us. A couple small things worth mentioning are the 2 large green exit signs inside that were lit up all night and made sleeping difficult. Also the fact that the property had 3 bedrooms and I didnt realise till after booking that those rooms doors needed to be closed as they incur an extra charge. Made the property quite small inside. Thank you also for accepting my cat who travels with me a lot."

"We loved staying at this beautiful cottage in Ashbourne. The location was handy, but remote enough to have that serene country feel. The cottage was so cozy, the warm fire with plenty of wood and comfy beds made it very relaxing. The local tasty treats on arrival including choccies, biscuits, red wine were a delight, but not only that, the locally sourced breakfast provisions were about as generous as we've ever experienced in a B&B! Our kids loved exploring the cottage and surrounds and we walked through Cox Scrub conservation park which was a short drive away. The spa was fun to use and all the linens as well as dressing gowns were luxurious. We appreciated all the little extras that were provided to make this an exceptional B&B stay!"
