"Once we gained access it was very nice inside. Well appointed for a unique accomodation. A cool place to stay.
The big problem we had was a disconnect between reserving through Expedia and being told Vrbo would be our source for gaining access. It took a very long time to gain access based on the directions for access from the owner never making it to Vrbo. I spoke to Vrbo finally (took forever to get through) and they got it coordinated at the very last minute. We almost gave up and were ready tio find another place. Vrbo admitted this has been and ongoing problem between them and Expedia!"

"Después de 23 años, mi esposa y yo, decidimos aventurarnos al sur de Chile con el solo propósito de reconectarnos y disfrutar la naturaleza que no tiene parecido en otra parte. No me equivoqué al elegir Calafate Apart Hotel para empezar mis primeras dos noches. Un lugar completamente alejado del ruido de la ciudad, pero tan cerca como 10 minutos en automóvil; los alrededores del hotel son maravillosos, por un lado un cerro a un costado y al horizonte el cerro McKay y al frente un río con aguas claras que con solo su sonido llama a la calma y para nuestra suerte, en nuestra primera mañana, despertamos con nieve.
Las habitaciones son espaciosas y limpias. Tienen todo lo que uno necesita y los baños son funcionales en todo aspecto (solo las duchas creo que necesitan una puerta o cortina para no salpicar mientras uno se baña)y las camas son muy cómodas. El desayuno se sirve desde las 8:30 y es completo, siempre fuimos atendidos con profesionalismo y dedicación por una dama dominicana que no recuerdo su nombre, pero fui muy agradable en su atención. También quiero destacar a quien nos recibió con una sonrisa, Andrea, ella nos explicó todos los detalles y siempre estuvo atenta a cualquier cosa que necesitaramos. Andrea es muy profesional y se notó su esmero para que nos sintiéramos como en casa. No tengo nada negativo que decir y si pudiera darles más estrellas se las daría sin dudar. Muchas gracias por todo y espero visitarlos pronto una vez más.
