"Room was never serviced over two night stay, and staff seemed indifferent when I mentioned it at checkout. Some room furniture well worn and ratty. Indoor pool closed. Overflowing outdoor trash never emptied. Breakfast was cold items only. Seemed sanitary, but certainty underwhelming for price."

"If you are looking for a place to sleep, and don't mind the smell of cigarette smoke (even though the doors say 100% smoke free), then the bed is comfy and clean. There are no elevators so if you can hike up the stairs its not awful. This is definitely, "you get what you pay for" type of place. The breakfast consisted of powdered eggs, greasy sausage, and white toast, along with some yogurt and oatmeal cream pies. I quickly understood why I was the only person at breakfast at 7:30 am. I highly recommend the bagel place just down the road. I believe people were living here. The other tenants just would put their trash in the hall next to the door to have it collected. It was gone by evening. It was relatively quiet. I didn't fear for my life. The staff, when you saw them, were very friendly. I did have an issue where the carpet was pulling away from the tile and I stabbed my foot on a carpet staple. I alerted the front desk but they didn't seem to understand what I was saying. Again, for $135 for 2 nights, I can't expect a 5-star experience ."

"I will never stay there again. The Satellite TV did not work could not watch any TV. It went off and on, and I did not have anything to put my dirty clothes in and top it off the day of checkout I was asleep the cleaning lady woke me up at 9:00 am to see if I was there to clean to see if I had left the room. I didn’t appreciate being woke up when I rented the room until 11 AM!"

"The mini fridge did not cool at all. There is no way to adjust it. The cleaning staff do as little as possible to complete their day. The building is in bad need of repairs and updating. Water staining is present on the walls and ceiling tiles on the first floor especially near the elevator area. Breakfast is perfect if you are on a diet. If you choose to play it safe and go for cereal....be aware that the milk is kept out on the counter in a pitcher rather than having individual milk cartons in the mini fridge in the breakfast area. Just another location to do as little as possible to get through the morning. The only hotel that would come behind this one in ranking in the Guthrie area would be the Townhouse Hotel.
