Cozy and Quiet Three Bedroom Two Bathroom Ranch

  • Three bedroom, two bathroom house located on the south side of Kokomo for easy commute to Carmel, Westfield, Tipton or Indianapolis. Fully fenced in back yard with deck, BBQ grill and patio furniture. This house features two living rooms. Living room one has a Playstation and retro video arcade machine, and a couch. Living room two has a 46 inch hdtv and ample seating for movie watching. The kitchen is a fully outfitted galley kitchen and dining area. Bedroom one has a King size bed, internet ready tv and in suite bathroom and vanity. Bedroom two has a queen sized bed with internet tv and bedroom three has a queen size bed. Two car attached garage with washer and dryer included.
