Welcome to your home away from home! This minimalist one-bedroom basement apartment offers a comfortable and budget-friendly stay with all the essentials you need.

The space features a clean and simple design, perfect for travelers looking to save while staying centrally located.

Located in the heart of Orem, you’ll be just a short drive from some of Utah’s best attractions. Spend your days exploring Sundance Ski Resort, enjoying the scenic Utah Lake, visiting Brigham Young University, or shopping at nearby malls. Whether you’re here for work, family, study, or adventure, my apartment makes a great base to unwind after a day of exploring.

This basement apartment includes a master bedroom with a queen bed as well as a sofa bed to sleep up to three comfortably. I also provide high speed wifi, in house laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, 55" tv, and ample space throughout.

Keyless entry door that is accessed around back through the gate. This is a basement apartment that has tenants upstairs. They are very quiet and respectful. The basement apartment is smoke free and pet free. The upstairs tenants have two small dogs that stay inside.
