Great open concept living , dining-room and kitchen area. With large windows making it nice and bright. In the suite you will find two bedrooms, full bathroom with tub and a fully equipped kitchen ready to cook a delicious meal with your family.
Suite is located on the ground floor of a walk-out home.
The Village of Minto may be small but it offers more than most villages its size, providing all you need for small town living. It offers access to many amenities like Foodland, Shoppers drugmart, Home Hardware, Great Canadian dollar store, a multi-lane bowling alley, a very impressive library and much more. MInto is located only ten minutes from Grand Lake, the largest body of water in New Brunswick and just minutes away from Salmon River making it a fisherman's paradise. It is also home to mountain bike trails, provincial snowmobile and ATV trails. A great walking trail that follows the Newcastle Stream, making it a peaceful nature destination for families and outdoor enthusiast.
