"The Lakeside Inn is a little down at the heels but very clean. The restaurant has a nice breakfast menu. The help is friendly. I was disappointed to find out that their meeting rooms are unavailable. The location is ideal for the area with a wonderful view of the Bay."

"Lovely property overlooking Lake Michigamme. The sunrises and sunsets were fabulous, as was the beautiful fall color surrounding the entire area! The house was efficiently organized and supplied with everything you might need."

"Very clean and well furnished with everything you need for a UP vacation. Check in was super easy, and bedrooms and kitchen had all of the stuff you need. Although I did not use it, there was a washer and dryer available which I imagine would be helpful for a longer stay or if you were going hiking on one of the many trails or other outdoor activities in the area. I brought my dog and it was a nice setup for her as well. Excellent experience and would stay again."

"This was our second stay and we enjoyed it as much as the first. Beaufort is a beautiful lake with easy access to numerous other fishing opportunities. The cabin is very comfortable. Our host Mike is always helpful. We would definitely stay again!"
