It seemed rather under-powered for a multiple room suite as it really didn’t cool the third master bedroom very well. Likely this is due to a single room air conditioning unit in a 3+ room suite. This is the only complaint."

"Everything was seamless! Austin made it easy and was very responsive. Read fine print as this is a duplex where Austin lives next door yet we never heard a peep! HUGE backyard/fire pit/hot tub main entrance is through lower level main bedroom. Great access by driving for all the local beach towns and Hope campus/downtown Holland. Bikes and beach towels provided!"
"The only downfall to the place was they wanted $14 for a plate if biscuits and gravy. The nice lady was happy to let me know it came with eggs!! We just ate elsewhere. Not a deal breaker.
