Deceptive proprrty description: * 2nd "bedroom" is a bed in the alcove in the living room separated by curtains that do not close all the way. * Picture of the gym in the listong but gym is NOT accessible to renter <28 days Liked; * great location, next to market, walkable to major sites * large apartment, AC works well * decent kitchen * great to have washer and dryer in the room * quiet Cons: * several maintenance issues; fridge and microwave lights were out * fridge was NOT cold when we arrived, had to turn up to max for it to work just adequately * couch and beds uncomfortable * No information on how to access WiFi (no password given) * No info about how to check out (where to leave the keys) * quite expensive for all the shortcomings

Great staff and service was outstanding. We had to ask to change rooms because the initial room we were given had an inner door that separated us from the next room and you could hear everything. The hotel accommodated us quickly and was able to provide us with alternate room that was quite. The hotel was very clean. The only feedback I would give is that the bathrooms felt a bit outdated but overall a great stay in a fantastic location.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Fairmont Royal York! From start to finish, everything was top-notch — the service, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail were all exceptional. The hotel is stunning, rich in history, and beautifully maintained. Every part of our experience felt special, and the staff made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Truly a luxurious and memorable stay — we can’t wait to come back!
