Old Miller Farm - Cozy Country Home

This quaint country home is the ideal location for your next trip to Northwest PA! With an extensive local history, great attention has been paid to honoring previous owners through the preservation and repurposing of vintage décor. Notice any pig figurines, or decorative sunflowers? These elements (and more) pay homage to the Ol’ Miller Farm!

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils for dining; as well as a variety of pots, pans, cooking utensils and bakeware. Dine at the hand-crafted pub table (seats up to 6) made from a repurposed Jack Daniels whiskey barrel. When you're done, a dishwasher simplifies clean up! Only 6 miles from Super Walmart and Aldi so you can stock up on everything you need to enjoy excellent homemade meals.

The coffee and tea station includes a Keurig coffee machine with the option of making a single-serve cup or a pot of coffee. The electric tea kettle and tea bags are ready for your next cup of tea. All coffee and tea, as well as sugar packets and creamers, are provided for our guests.

Not in the mood to cook? Local towns like Cranberry, Seneca, Oil City, and Franklin are loaded with restaurants of all kinds. While there are chain restaurants to choose from, check out local favorites like Valley Dairy for family friendly fare, Trails to Ales for a local brew, or Bella Cucina for some fine dining.

DOWNSTAIRS
The quaint living room features a 43" Roku TV and DVD player, loveseat, leather recliner, and a comfy glider and ottoman. Use your favorite streaming services with Roku Guest Mode and automatically sign out of your accounts on the date you set.

There are two bedrooms on the first floor. Down the hall from the kitchen is the master bedroom and bathroom. This bedroom features a king bed, 6 drawer dresser, a pair of night stands with lamps (with built-in charging station), recliner, and large closet (hangers included).

The large bathroom has a double vanity, walk-in shower, storage for towels and toiletries, and a high efficiency toilet. Towels, wash cloths, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer are all included. Please only flush toilet paper and natural waste.

The second bedroom on the first floor features a queen bed, 3 drawer dresser, a pair of night stands with lamps, 2 armchairs, and a free-standing closet organizer (hangers included).

Connecting the house to the garage is a sizeable mudroom entryway where you’ll find plenty of closet storage for shoes and coats, as well as a front-loading washer and dryer for your use. Hypoallergenic laundry soap is provided.

UPSTAIRS
Upstairs has one more bedroom with a queen bed, nightstand and lamp, two dressers and 3 small closets (hangers included). The full bathroom next to this bedroom is where you’ll find another toilet, sink and vanity, and tub/shower combo.

Need to get some work done while you're away? The office, with a full-sized desk and stationary items, makes it easy to get a little work or school done during your stay.

KID FRIENDLY AMENITIES
Kid friendly amenities include a highchair, pack 'n play, and children's dinnerware. Safety features like outlet covers and doorknob covers are available upon request.

OUTDOORS
With over two acres of maintained yard included, there’s plenty of room for kids, outdoor games, and privacy. A concrete covered porch with an outdoor table and chairs is a great spot to enjoy the fresh spring air, mild summer days, and colorful fall mornings. Outdoor seating is not available during winter months.

BONUS: The house is equipped with an automatic back-up generator. In the event of a power outage, the generator will automatically switch on so you'll hardly notice there was a problem!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire house, garage, and maintained portions of the yard. This does not include the basement, which functions as a utility/storage space, or any of the outbuildings (sheds, etc.) on the property.

The garage is available for guest use but is only intended for storing vehicles. Please let your host know if you intend to use the garage for any other purpose.

All linens, towels, kitchenware, and food and beverage treats are for our guests to enjoy.

Some cabinets and closets that hold supplies for our cleaners will be locked and not accessible to our guests.
