The cable was out our entire stay, air conditioner was a sub par, and the taps on the sink only worked occasionally. The only upside was the fantastic location.

The lady that checked us in and out was AMAZING! I will go here again just to see her. She went above and beyond, had the most amazing energy and was so helpful! Such a wonderful stay. Thank you!!

Great location. Walking distance to the Platzl, where things were hopping every evening. All amenties close by: grocery, restaurants, golf courses, and shops. Hotel room was tidy and spacious. We arrived early, and inquired if we could check in. Kathryn made us feel welcome, and offered to call me on my cell, once our room was ready. Gave us enough time to roam and have a bite to eat, after our long drive. Nice spot. We will come and stay again.

Quiet hotel with fabulous hostess to greet us. Snacks in a ziploc bag for the morning. Comfortable bed and room was clean with only a block between you and the downtown.. perfect. Definitely recommended

This hotel was taken over by new owners 3 years ago and the changes they made are incredible! They are so friendly and go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful. The rooms are very clean and quiet. I would highly recommend staying at hotel Kimberley!

Decent hotel. Owners seem to be putting some money into renovations. All hotels in this town are pretty old. Room was dated. Bed pretty firm. I would stay here again next year just to see exactly what gets renovated. Decent price in this town.

This property is run down. Wallpaper coming off the walls, and ceiling sparkle is also peeling off. Rusty baseboard heating. The chairs in the room where dirty looking from so much use. Need to replace with a material that can be cleaned. The bed was clean and moderately comfortable and bathroom/shower clean. Value not there.
