The bed was comfortable and clean. Yhe rooms are quiet. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was a disappointment. Very limited and not even butter for toast. The building is aged but they are renovating.

Entry to parking was limited due road repair needed. No soap in room, when asking front desk for soap, was told ," we are awaiting a delivery truck, which might turn up tomorrow". I complained stating that was not good enough. Fortunately the young lady who was on 10pm night shift brought a bar of her own soap in for us. 2 receptionists were great, but one other young lady on early evening shift needs to learn some customer service. Would not stay there again, due to the soap issue ( Walmart was about a 10 min walk from the hotel)

Poor communication about their pool and esterslide being shutdown for cleaning. They should have semt a message to reservations letting them know. They also said normally its closed on the qeeknds dor clewning. Which makes no sense to book cleaning the pol on a weekend...when its the only one with a waterslide in town and boomjngs with children

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fine. The staff was helpful and the only complaint I have is that the driveway and parking area need repair. My car bottomed out when we pulled in to the lot and the rough terrain could damage a small vehicle.

Enormous mountain bike trail network from just a block away, staff was amazing, they had indoor storage for our bikes. Kids played in the pool and water slide for hours as well. Would stay here again for sure during biking season!

We brought our e-bikes and the staff were super friendly in providing a storage area and accompanying us to retrieve the bikes and return them several times. They were very accommodating .

The lighting in the room was awful-two ceiling lights that were a cold blue and that’s it. No bedside lights. Some of the towels were very ratty looking. The breakfast was pathetic- it was clear they didn’t want to spend any money on it. No herbal teas, no fruit, no whole grain breads and everything individually wrapped. Peanut butter and jam only, no cream cheese or honey. I was here last year and things were better than they are now. I won’t be back. Also took a damage deposit which I’ve never experienced before.

The breakfast was not extensive. The one selection of juice was watery. They had porridge and cereal but no bowls. I asked the staff and they couldn't find any more bowls so they suggested we use paper coffee cups. There is a superstore just up the street. If I was staff I would have been up there buying bowls. I would have preferred dispensers for lotion/shampoo/soap in the room rather than little bottles. In fact, there wasn't any creme rinse. There wasn't any signs near the front desk indicating where the pool was. There was a keurig machine in the room with 2 pods for coffee. I'm a tea drinker. How do I get hot water for tea? Sorry I don't want to go to the lobby in my pygamas to get hot water.

Staff didn't believe me when I told her the creamers at the free breakfast were spoiled. First 1 we opened was cheese, the next 2 curdled immediately in the coffee! Despite that, I'd stay again - beds and pillows are super comfortable and you can't beat the price!

Smelled very clean upon entering the hotel. You could tell it had new flooring throughout and the mattresses and bedding were also new. #1 most important thing to me in a hotel is cleanliness and you can tell the owners take pride in this.

Staff was nice and room was comfortable. The only concern is that the hot and cold water lines seem to be reversed from standard in room #113. For example, in the single handle tub water valve, when you first turn on the water, hot water comes out first and then cold. This may cause scalding for anyone who is used to normal water line configuration when taking a shower.

Breakfast could have some more options. I was expecting some scrambled eggs n sausage or something. The pancake machine was great but it needed a couple more things for breakfast. The pool was really cold. I think the water heater for the pool was broken.
