Hotel conveniently located to several restaurants within walking distance. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Good Wi-Fi and AC. Rooms are quite small but had everything we needed-bathroom was nicely renovated.

Assuming you don't mind stairs, it was wonderful! We didn't use the whirlpool tub or the hospitality room, but I guess it was nice to have that option. We slept well, and the staff were great.

The Baker Hotel was very clean and the staff were all communicative and helpful. We mostly just needed a quick overnight stay on our way to Banff from Montana. This was the perfect midpoint. Highly recommend.

This is a great little spot with really clean and appealing rooms. Staff are thoughtful and helpful. Our favourite “Heid Out” brewery and restaurant is a block away. Will return to both!!

Arrived late, they had called to check on us but we were out of service, and as soon as I called, the night desk guy showed up In minutes and checked us in promptly. Great after hours service, and cool old hotel (1923) atmosphere. Well maintained and renovated, way better than chain hotels, and there’s a great coffee shop across the street. Would stay again 10/10.

You are situated downtown and there are many restaurants, coffee shops, banks, stores with a Safeway and The Key City theatre all a short walking distance away. Great central location to stay in Cranbrook.

Historic vibe in the hotel. Decent location within walking distance of the two best restaurants in Cranbrook. However, my fishing partner has two new knees. Hotel has no elevator - stairs only, and so it was a bit tough on him. Also, parking situation is not good. Limited spaces in a lot across the street. A couple of times, I did not have a space to park in.

Recent updates in our room. Still needs some maintenance as bathroom sink was slow to drain. We were disappointed when we looked out our window at a brick wall,.but that is what happens sometimes. Comfortable bed, good shower. We ate at the pub beside the property, Fenwick and Baker and it was good. Parking was across the street.
