Eagle's Pass - located on Rock Creek. Cottage-style house with open floor plan. This beautiful home is on a private landscaped lot with long water views. There is deep water with a solid rock shoreline and AMAZING views from any of the porches or decks. You will want to experience this home for yourself! Come visit "Eagle's Pass" and you will want to come back again and again!

Lake vacay

We enjoyed our stay. Very spacious and nice house. Wish the beds were bigger than doubles/twins. The air took forever to cool down to a comfortable temperature. It would have been nice if the steps down to the water had been trimmed of weeds and vines and that the spider webs had been cleaned off of of the dock. Other than that, we enjoyed our time on Smith Lake.

Worn down Property. Bugs in house, moldy smell on the interior, mold dirt, unkept furniture, lack of lawncare, weeds out of control. Our family could not stay here and requested another booking at a different location. It was granted and dealt with professionally with Andrea and Ben. My mistake for booking. Pictures look alot better than the reality at arrival. This VRBO should be taken off the rental marking. Potential vacation disaster, but Andrea and Ben saved the day by granting an upgraded property which we enjoyed.
