The heater was way too hot even with low temperature, you can't keep it up constantly to keep the room warm, it gets so hot you have to wake up and turn it on and off as need. The coffee pot was so dirty, couldn't make coffee. Otherwise, it's a nice place, close enough to Crater Lake.

This was a nice stop on our drive home. Super dog friendly (but we could have used more outdoor trash recepticals for dog bags. It was a long walk to the front of the store in the snow in middle of the night.) It was well stocked for two people, but short a towel and chair for three. That said, the store was well stocked. Staff was helpful. Location was probably great, but we didn't explore. We were just stopping for the night.

Chose this property due to proximity to Crater Lake hoping that we’d beat Mother Nature before the rim road closed for the season (we didn’t) but it was too late to cancel so we ended up paying a premium season rate for a cabin that was tired and basically a poor quality modular building. It is a nice location but without much in the way of services. At every turn (in the cabin) there was signage that said “don’t do this, or you’ll be charged, don’t do that, or you’ll be charged”. Kind of made it feel like they were doing you a favor by allowing you to stay there.

The bedding and towels are dark in color. Hard to tell if they are clean or not. Saw a bug on one of the beds. We didn’t get bitten though. So maybe not as bad as I thought.
Small and dark bathroom. I decided to skip shower for the night.

A Rustic Location with Creature Comforts.
Cute cabin! Clean, well appointed and cozy. How civilized to have a portable fan in the room! The kitchen was well stocked wi the equipment. Bring food because stores and restaurants are far, far away. The trade of is a rustic beauty in a fabulous location.

Very clean area and very cool tent. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom, shower, store. In the AM the store had fresh coffee ready. Little creek to go look at at. It was late summer so allot of bugs out, so bring your bug spray.

The staff was friendly and accommodating and the rooms were clean. There is not much else around here for food options but there is a little general store right here for the basics. Wi-Fi is weak. Loved that we could park right outside the cabin. Near enough to Crater Lake NP. I would recommend it.

If you are a sardine and want to sleep in an unmade bed a mountain man just rolled out of. This is the place. Prepare to sleep in 5 layers of clothes as the space heater wouldn’t heat an ants dream. The bougie mirror accentuates the shower where you can easily poo at the same time. If Jason Vorhees vibes are your thing, this is the creepy low-end spot.

Great little cabin. Loved the decor and style. Very well equipped with bigger fridge, microwave, sink and utensils, etc. Clean bathroom. Bed was odd - not terrible but not great. Most challenging was using the tv and internet. Instructions aren't very helpful. We could not get the sound to work on the tv. It's clear the property struggles with wi fi connection given comments in their rules but we felt the tv should work. Kept kicking us out after ten minutes. Clearer troubleshooting instructions would help especially after hours for guests. Lovely property and would stay again.

The cabin was very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The property is beautiful, with a pleasant walking trail along the stream, which we enjoyed. They also offer canoes, which others seemed to enjoy, and pickleball. Compamy store was nicely stocked. The only less-than- perfect thing was that the bathroom isnt heated separately, we forgot to leave the door open when we went to bed, so it was a little chilly in the morning. Was just 30 minutes to Crater Lake.

The property is pretty run down with somewhat poor maintenance. The owner/manager was quite nice and professional. Best to Inc about this property is its proximity to Crater Lake. There’s not much around the property as far as restaurants or grocery stores.

BE FOREWARNED IF YOU'RE STAYING IN A YURT
Although this is a nice little property, we had a very unsatisfactory stay this past week. I booked a stay in a yurt to celebrate our daughter's 12th birthday and based on the high price I paid I figured it would be decked out. There weren't really any photos of the inside so I assumed that given the price, it woud be super cute and deluxe. It was cute but very simple with just enough room for 2 twin beds and 1 full bed and a couple of small lanterns. Again, for the price, I expected MUCH more but decided to just go with the fow. However, due to the cold temps at night this time of year, we were all freezing and slept horribly. I would think they could easily have some sort of warming devices or space heaters to help warm them but there was nothing other than some extra blankets. The temps were literally in the 30's at night and the bathrooms were a decent hike away, which was anther challenge. For the experience we had, I would expect to pay HALF of what we did. Please be forewarned of all this before considering booking a yurt. My daughter was so cold and moody that we didn't even see Crater Lake as planned because she was so tired and cold. I explained this all to the manager and she wouldn't give any sort of refund. In my opinion, yurts like these should not be offerted this time of year if the temps go under 45-50 degrees at night and if they are, they should be deeply discounted. Be forewarned if you decide to stay in a yurt here.
