In a hamlet 3 km from the centre of Créances, 6 km from the centre of Lessay, 25 km from the centre of Coutances, 700 m from the sea, 4 km from the beach. For shared use: table tennis. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop "LESSAY_Abbatiale" 4.5 km, sandy beach 4 km.
    "La Salicorne", 3-room semi-detached house 63 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, DVD and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (spiral staircase) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). Electric heating. Terrace, lawn 500 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (2), box-room. Facilities: washing machine, iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Wunderbar zum Entspannen und Erholen

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Unser Hund liebte vor allem den Garten. Sehr nette Vermieter. Gute Ausgangslage für viele Ausflüge.

Die Angabe "700m bis zum Meer"...

Die Angabe "700m bis zum Meer" ist definitiv falsch und sollte dringend überprüft werden. Was bedeutet "Meer" und wie weit ist es wirklich bis dorthin. Unsere Erfahrung: mindestens ca. 3,5 km. Der Erhaltungszustand der Küchenutensilien war überwiegend mangelhaft. Größe der Unterkunft und Ausstattung scheint eher für zwei Personen geeignet.Garten super !!Sehr ruhiges Umfeld und daher auch erholsam.Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Viele interessante Ausflugsziele in erreichbarer Nähe.

Sehr hübsches und gepflegtes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr hübsch und gepflegt, auch der Garten. Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig. Der einzige Kritikpunkt war die Sauberkeit. Im oberen Stockwerk war der Fußboden noch sehr staubig und mit vielen Haaren und Haarbüscheln unter dem Bett belegt, sodass wir zuerst den Staubsauger nutzen mussten. Auch die Küchenutensilien waren nicht sehr gepflegt.
