It was a stop half way between the north and the south, we wanted to try somewhere new. It is completely basic, hence the price, but just off the motorway, easy to get to. Easy check-in, rooms clean. The shower wasn’t great but otherwise all good. The tv wasn’t plugged in for some reason and it took two of us to plug it in as it was very awkward. We had breakfast and it was decent, the lady working it was very nice. The actual village is absolutely stunning, very picturesque. All in all, a good stay

The hidden hotel

We were breaking our journey from Marseilles to Ouistreham and the spot seemed ideal just off Motorway and complete with choice of petrol stations. However, the hotel address on both Satnavs took us to a point where there was no hotel visible. After nearly an hour of back and forth following directions from locals, we ended up being escorted by one very nice local to the hotel situated down what appeared to be a track leading to an Industrial estate where the hotel did not become evident until we had driven about 400 metres from the road. The hotel should state on its website that you turn left just before Ritchies Diner and it is 400 metres down the lane with no indication it is there until you are actually in front of it.

Bon séjour. Seul problème il faisait très chaud dans ma chambre. Ouvrir la fenêtre ça ne sert pas à grand chose. On ne peut pas faire courant d'air.
