The living room features a smart TV and an earth stove, perfect for relaxing after a day of outdoor adventure. The kitchen, while not updated, is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Enjoy dining at the table, breakfast bar, or on the deck, taking in stunning mountain views.

The main bedroom features a King bed and a private ensuite. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, and the third bedroom features two Full beds with a trundle, making it perfect for families or groups.

The spacious outdoor area provides ample room for kids to play, and the deck is perfect for relaxing while taking in the Colorado mountain air.

Please note that, like most properties in the area, this home does not have AC, as it is uncommon for homes at this elevation. Temperatures inside the property are easily managed by using fans and opening the windows at night when temperatures drop into the 40s.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied towards the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, you will need to pay in full at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days before your arrival only lose the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
