"One of the worst travel experiences we've ever had - completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
By looking at other people's reviews, it appears that we are not the only travelers to have our booking cancelled by Hotel Vacanceole without notice. Concerned by an email we received, we called our travel agent twice to confirm that our booking was still valid - and were reassured both times that the Hotel said the room was still available.
After reaching the hotel, we arrived only to find out...
"Habitación muy amplia, lo que hace que se esté cómodo, se duerme muy bien, sin ruidos, parking, en el centro, chalet de piedra con el estilo de montaña y moderno. Personal amable, por teléfono te atienden muy bien. "
"The cocker did not work and we found a used condom underneath the heater.
The property is otherwise really nice as parts of it have been recently refurbished. But if you stay in one of the older rooms it is a more basic experience."
