"Das Hotel ist wunderschön, das Essen war sehr lecker, die Mitarbeiter im Restaurant waren alle sehr freundlich und alles auf einem sehr hohen Niveau (hoffe das wird so beibehalten)! Der Rest ist noch Baustelle zB SPA Bereich oder Residence Area aber hat uns nicht gestört. Poolarea war schön und auch der Strand war in Ordnung. "A beautiful small hotel in a wonderful location. Service was excellent and the room was gorgeous and high quality in a traditional style. Our only gripe was whilst the room was serviced daily, it was just the bed partially made and nothing else. However, this didn’t bother us. On the expensive side but worth it and Rab is the most beautiful place to visit."

However … two things to consider: 1) it is dog friendly, with rules to keep dogs on leads and in a separate part of the restaurant. However, it is not policed, and dog owners consistently had dogs on long leads ( I tripped over a lead!) , or some had no leads. "Children were often playing and running around the lobby area unattended. They were also running up and down the stairs and in the hallways making a lot of noise."

"A nice, quiet, well maintained small hotel with good clean rooms, nice swimming pool area, good breakfast with patio dining an option. 10 minutes walk to secluded little alcove beach or to quiet village with some good cafe dining options. Highly recommend for a mid-season retreat "
