    The property boasts polished timber flooring throughout, 2 full kitchens with white granite bench tops 2 electric stoves, 2 air conditioners, 2 TV's.

    Both units have a combined kitchen, living and dining room, which opens onto the North facing, covered balcony.

    Four good sized bedrooms, 3 have queen size beds and 1 has 2 single beds and 2 trundles.

    Both units have modern bathroom facilities, with a separate toilet in each unit.

    There is a single lock up garage which houses the BBQ and a large fenced back yard.

    NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.
