## The space

Welcome to a cozy cottage at Ik & Lo Resort, where classic Pocono charm meets the warmth and thoughtful details of a boutique stay.

Inside, natural wood ceilings and large windows bring the outdoors in, filling the cottage with warmth and light. The living room is made for slow mornings and relaxed evenings, with comfortable seating, peaceful views of the property, and a beautiful stone fireplace that gives the home its unmistakable cottage character.

The dining area sits at the heart of the home, with a large table for gathering over breakfast, sharing dinner, or planning the day’s adventures. Just beyond it, the full kitchen has been refreshed with warm green cabinetry, butcher-block counters, modern appliances, cookware, dishes, and the essentials for preparing meals during your stay.

The cottage features **two bedrooms**. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, soft linens, warm wood ceilings, and windows overlooking the surrounding greenery. The second bedroom offers a twin bed in its own cozy, thoughtfully designed space. Both rooms include Ik & Lo linens and towels for a comfortable, hotel-inspired stay.

The updated bathroom continues the cottage’s modern farmhouse feel with a walk-in tiled shower, contemporary black fixtures, and fresh towels.

But much of what makes this stay special is waiting outside.

Step onto the little stone porch with your morning coffee, wander through the grounds, visit our baby goats and bunnies, collect fresh eggs from the chickens, relax in a hammock, play a game of beach volleyball, explore the creek, or simply enjoy the quiet of the Poconos.
