Villa Moderne Avec Piscine LOT Cressensac à 500m des Commerces

  • Recent villa of 150m2 on enclosed land of 5.400m2 with heated swimming pool of 8mx4m and its removable shelter. 3 star rating on 15-07-2024

    Superb living room 60m2 (ceiling height of 6m) with large open kitchen, bay windows opening directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool (280m2 of beaches and terraces). In winter you can enjoy a fireplace with insert (wood provided)
    3 beautiful bedrooms (about 15m2) on one level.1 large bathroom (bath + shower) and 1 shower room. 3 toilets. Mezzanine with sofa bed and terrace of 40m2.
    Cressensac is located between Brive la Gaillarde and Souillac (15 minutes). Many tourist sites to visit: Rocamadour, Martel, Collonges la Rouge, Turenne, Saint Cirq Lapopie, Sarlat la Caneda… etc.

    The pool will be open from mid-April 2024 and heated from mid-April 2025.
    The cleaning service is mandatory and to be paid on site 160€.
    A deposit of €1,500 will also be required on site.

Space and quiet

Laurence and her concierge gave us a great welcome, considering all of our possible needs, identifying the best grocery addresses. The wifi was excellent and the large TV svreen was a treat. The house is well equipped. The surroundings were spacious, great for our dog and the vilage only a walk a way. We can certainly recommend the house.
