Very pleasant 36 m² apartment for 5 people located on the 3rd floor of the Résidence du Balcon des Aravis. Close to shops and slopes.

1 sleeping alcove (2 x 80 cm),
Bathroom with bathtub and sink, separate toilet,
Main room with equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, 2-burner ceramic hob, combination microwave, filter coffee maker and electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc.), living/dining room with television, large southwest-facing balcony.
Beds equipped with duvets and pillows.
Beautiful view of the mountains and ski slopes.
Ski locker and parking next to the residence.
No smoking, pets not allowed.

From winter 2025/2026: cleaning is included and mandatory.
