This is one of the most spacious units in The Timbers complex. Built in 2016, this modern condo is the perfect base for solo wanderers, couples, and small families. Enjoy all that Crested Butte has to offer – the best mountain biking in Colorado, world class skiing, a Nordic center, fly fishing, festivals, and incredible hiking trails. This top floor, corner, mountain facing unit is located just a 5 minute walk from the ski area base with dining, bars, and a coffee shop. There is a free shuttle that picks you up at the base of the building to take you where you need to go, including the Town of Crested Butte. There is also a small grocery and liquor store within walking distance.

Spring break

We had a great stay for spring break at the Timbers. First time in Crested Butte and the location did not disappoint. Comfy couches to relax on and cozy beds for sleeping. Views were amazing.

Weekend getaway

Had a race to run in Crested Butte and this worked out to be a perfect location for a buddy and I to cone stay and rest up before the race. Would gladly use this condo again.

Incredible Stay!

The property is incredible and as advertised. The view from the balcony is the best in town. The location is convenient and the owners are great to work with. Everything was seamless and made for a memorable family vacation.

I was really impressed with this place. Very clean and updated. Only downside for us was 2 queen bedrooms where we would have preferred a king. They had everything you need to be comfortable. I would definitely stay again

Ladies getaway

After hiking from Aspen to CB, we arrived at the condo which was a very comfy place to relax the rest of the weekend. Comfortable beds, ceiling fans, and a nice living room to hang out in. The shuttle stop is incredibly close and convenient as is the coffee shop around the corner.

Very nice condo

This is a very clean, well stocked, top floor, end unit condo. Beds were very comfortable and entire unit was tastefully furnished. Also very quiet with easy parking. Balcony was a little small but being to open the door and let the cool mountain air in was wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Quiet and Comfortable Mountain Perch

Enjoyed our stay in this clean, modern, and nicely furnished 2-bedroom place with my brother and sister-in-law. On the top (third) floor of a building with an elevator, end unit, which was bright and surprisingly quiet. Nice view of Mt. Crested Butte. Would stay here again.

Convenient and clean property

I stayed at this property for a getaway with my husband and toddler son. The one floor layout was nice for our family and everything was clean and well appointed. Definitely recommend.

Great location, clean and modern

All the photos, descriptions and instructions were accurate and we had no issues locating the property. No surprises when we arrived but one question which was answered quickly. What you see is what you get and it was a great NYE visit for us - easy access to the lifts with convenient skiier drop-off. We'd stay here again.

Convenience with a view!

Perfect accommodations for our ski vacation. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the unit. Free shuttle to the ski lifts. Beautiful view of the mountain. Close parking and just a short drive to the picturesque town where we found some great restaurants and fun shops.

The Timbers - Views and Comfort

This property merits its premier host rating: very clean, modern, and comfortable. We appreciated these small touches: easy to remember door code, detailed instructions for the coffee maker and TV, choices for bedding from thin blankets to quilts, rainfall shower head, kleenex! Lots of windows and new furniture.

Great place

We have been coming to Crested Butte for many years. We found Chad and Pamela's place several years ago and now have our go too. No need to look for another place as their unit is clean, spacious and has beautiful views. Chad and Pamela are always very responsive and easy to work with.

Beautiful Views

Our timing for this visit was great for viewing the beautiful fall foliage. The condo was exactly as described - very clean, well equipped kitchen, bedding, comfortable beds, plush towels, etc. The location was excellent with an easy and short drive in to town and beautiful views of the mountains right from our balcony.
