This recently remodeled 3 bedroom apartment located at 427 Sopris has just been listed with VRBO. Price has been discounted the it's first winter season. Decorated with a rustic western theme with all the modern touches. The unit has street or alley access with off street parking. Private entrance with your own balcony, deck chairs and BBQ grill. You also have access to the property's large deck and fenced yard downstairs in the main yard. Slip out the back gate and you are 1/2 a block from Elk Avenue shopping, restaurants and entertainment. 1 block from shuttle that will take you up to Crested Butte Mountain resort for a day of skiing, hiking or kids activities. Rooms have mountain views. Living room has large screen tv, gas fireplace a large kitchen with everything you will need. After a long day hiking, biking or hitting the slopes relax in the gorgeous Steam Shower or kick back on the open deck. This is our second unit available in this building available for rent. Recently remodeled, clean and comfortable, very convenient to town. Hosts were friendly and helpful, enjoyed walking around town and games in the yard. It is on the second floor with outside stairs if that's a consideration for anyone.

Great Spot

Awesome location right downtown. 8 minute bus ride to the resort. Pete was very easy to communicate with and was a great host who made sure his guests had a shoveled staircase every day and walk path to their vehicles. Would love to stay here again.

Fabulous place

This apartment deserves all of the five star reviews! We travel a lot and have stayed in a ton of rentals over the years and this may be the most comfortable of all we’ve stayed in. Absolutely everything you could need, very cozy and wonderful vibe in the apartment very well laid out for a group. Location is fantastic. Really hope we have the chance to stay again.

Fantastic stay in Crested Butte

Our family of four had a fantastic stay in Crested Butte! The home was incredibly comfortable, clean, spacious and welcoming. My kids loved the huge selection of board games, and the bunk bed room was great for children. The town is small, so nothing is too far away, but I loved the proximity to the grocery store (about 3 blocks), a great breakfast spot (Paradise Cafe- 1 block), and shopping on Elk Avenue (1 block). We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a family getaway

Perfect spot for a long weekend with my parents (70+) and nephew (18). The home is just beautiful: clean, stocked with high end amenities & kitchen equipment, cozy, and all around lovely. The location is fantastic: steps from restaurants & shops in downtown CB, and a few blocks from the free ski shuttle that goes to the mountain. Pete was a wonderful host. We had such a wonderful stay, we will be back & would recommend to anyone!

Exceptional property

Everything about this property is outstanding. Impeccably renovated, quality furnishings, kitchen fully equipped. Best property I’ve stayed in, in many years of renting in ski areas. Highly recommended. And the location is perfect, just one block off Elk and its wide array of restaurants and shops. In sum, a great place to stay.

Absolutely Perfect!

Amazing property! The house was spotlessly clean, and had many thoughtful touches in the kitchen and bathrooms. We had everything we needed to cook, and were really happy with the quality cookware and kitchen items. Beds were comfortable, to include the bunk bed room (used by an adult couple). Plenty of parking, and quick walk into town and to the free ski bus. We had 6 adults (3 couples) and plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. Check in was easy and hosts were wonderful. We will 100% stay here anytime we come back to CB.

Great condo

Our family of 6 (kids aged 12, 16, 18, 20) thoroughly loved the condo and the location. It was so easy to walk to the grocery store, shops, coffee houses, and restaurants. The walk to the shuttle to the slopes was super close and easy. The house was really well stocked and comfortable. There were plenty of games, supplies, and kitchen was great. The steam shower after being on the slopes all day felt amazing. We would totally stay again!

Beautiful, clean, and very comfortable! We were very happy with our stay here, from start to finish. The house is right in town, one block from everything and the house has been recently renovated with upscale furnishings; gorgeous home! We couldn’t have asked for a better location or a more comfortable house for our stay in Crested Butte! Oh, also, the upper deck and lower deck by the side of the house are perfect for relaxing on a beautiful day. We have come to Crested Butte for the past few summers, and this is definitely our favorite place. We’ll be back!

Everything and more

When I first booked, I was concerned that we were paying for either location or property, but I was pleasantly surprised to find out we paid for both and it was amazing. The condo was well appointed and had everything we could think of right down to the meat thermometer for the chicken we cooked in the beautiful oven. There was even aloe vera stocked, so my friends sunburn ski face got some relief. No matter what we thought of needing it was thought of already for us. The bedrooms were well appointed, and the bathrooms were very well done right down to the steam shower in my room I will definitely stay here next time I visit crusty Butte.

Family ski week

What an amazing week in crested butte. It was our first time here. We spent the last four seasons in Beavercreek. Pete was a fantastic host. He made sure we were settled in and comfortable. The property was perfect for my family. My wife, son, grandma and I dated a week at this beautiful downtown property. One block from Elk St. we had some amazing family nights and date nights. The ski shuttle is a 5 min walk in ski boots which was great for my 5 year old skier. The sled hills are a 10 minute walk. The ski mountain is amazing. We will definitely be back.
