This two-bedroom, one-bath home gives you the best access to Crested Butte. Check out our reviews! We've been vacation renting this home for many years and are so thankful to have guests return year after year.

Located in downtown Crested Butte, just two blocks north of Elk Avenue and all of its restaurants and shops, this neighborhood is central and quiet. The pedestrian bridge at 3rd Street and Totem Pole Park takes you downtown in two minutes.

You can walk or ride to the hiking and biking trails of the Woods Walk, the Lower Loop, and many others.

In CB style, the kitchen and living area are located on the second floor. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are open, where you can relax and enjoy the view of Mt. Crested Butte and Red Lady.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom one has a Queen Bed with a premier memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has a Bunk Bed, memory foam mattresses, and a twin on top and a full on the bottom.

The fenced yard offers amazing views of Mt. Crested Butte and a private area to relax and spend more time outside. There's off-street parking for two vehicles.

Perfect location for fun in Crested Butte

Definitely would recommend this property, we had a wonderful time with our two teens! The location is perfect, just a ten minute walk to the Lower Loop trail head and only 5 minutes to the main downtown area with shops, restaurants, and the free shuttle to the ski resort. So happy with our stay!

Lovely Mountain Getaway

My fiancé and I stayed here to check out the fall colors and to spend time in town before our wedding here in July. Lisa was a very attentive host and the house was perfect. A few blocks away from town and tucked away on a quiet street. Our dog also loved the back yard! We plan to stay here again in July!

Full Moon Fabulous Getaway

This is our fifth trip to Crested Butte and our first stay in town. We would love to stay here again. House was perfect for celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Bonus was walking the labyrinth behind the house during the big, beautiful full moon! Within walking and riding to so many fun trails, restaurants, coffee shops.

Prime location!

This house is perfect for a couple with dogs. Very small but just what two people need. Excellent location, just a couple blocks to Elk with restaurants, coffee and shopping. Cute little fenced in back yard to enjoy coffee or a glass of wine with the pups!

The location can't be beat. Yard is pretty and great for pups. Upstairs is cozy and bright. Bedrooms are ok but have a cold vibe. Pillows are either hard or lumpy.

Walk to Elk easily. Very quiet neighborhood. The hosts quickly replaced a burnt out light fixture. The property is perfect for 2 adults and the fenced yard is great for folks with dogs. We will return.

Nice and easy

Choosing Lisa’s 2bedroom getaway was absolutely the right call. The location of the property was perfect, quiet street with almost no commotion, but only 2 blocks from busy downtown. The house was clean, organized and had just about everything you needed to have a wonderful stay. No where else would I want to spend my vacation. Lisa was an attentive host, and was available anytime I reached out, thanks again Lisa for a wonderful stay!!

Perfect for two adults and a dog

The location was perfect. We could walk to town easily and the parking in the alley was a quick in and out for fishing and hiking. Only suggestion is to describe the property is on the backside of Gothic and you need to go down the alley to access it. At first my husband thought I had rented a vacant lot with a labyrinth (which is awesome). Truly loved our stay there.

Rustic & Adequate

This home is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood just a few blocks from Elk Drive and many of the quaint shops and restaurants we all love in Crested Butte. The home is eco-friendly (so the listing says) but lacks some quality features expected for the daily rate we paid. A little TLC would raise this home easily to a 5 star. We enjoyed our stay - if location is what you're after, this is a good choice.

Perfect getaway

We had such a great stay at this cute little off the beaten path but close to everything place! Lisa and Peak are very easy to work with and have taken nice care of the home. We loved having the kitchen and living room upstairs with views from three directions. The backyard made our summer stay with pups exponentially better! They had fun running around and we enjoyed coffee in the morning and happy hour in the evening outside with them. At first I thought it might be a bit too small but once we settled in we enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay :) All of the neighbors were super friendly. We walked to dinner on Elk and walked to several close trails with the dogs. We can easily recommend this home for a couple or small family and hope to be able to stay again the next time we're in Crested Butte!
