Amazing Studio Apartment! Right next to Elk AVE!
Great location right next too Elk Ave. Quick walk to all the shops, and bars! Place was clean, spacious and had all the essentials. Best priced nightly rate in town. Highly recommend.

Great stay in town
Property was in a great location right off of Elk Ave...within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Also less than a 5min walk to the bus stop for the town shuttle that takes you up to the mountain to ski. Would stay again!

CB VACATION
The property was fine. Could use a bit of a better lock on door. Location was fantastic. Just steps to Elk St. where dining and shopping abound. Very close to the nordic center. Had a wonderful time both inside and outside the property.

Location, convenience, and vibe
Property is located right a few steps to Elk St. Parking in front of/near the building was easy and available. The property has a nice lay-out and feels very spacious, comfortable and quiet. An adjacent ski storage by the front door was convenient. Just a great place to spend a few days in downtown for skiing or the apres-ski activities. Will definitely stay here when we return in the future.

Clean and Cozy!
My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in this neatly appointed apartment. It was easy to walk to wherever we wanted for food or shopping, and it was so convenient to put on our ski gear, walk a block to the stop, and take the free bus up to the mountain to ski. We cooked most of our own food and were glad for the well appointed kitchen! We would definitely stay here again.

Downtown Crested Butte - perfect location
We had a great time walking everywhere from the apartment. Parking was very convenient in front of the door. Apartment was well furnished and decorated and super calm. One suggestion is to add one blanket or a comforter to the bed… we like to sleep with no heater on and stay warm under the covers

Best spot in town
Loved staying right in town. Perfect to walk to food, stores, and the shuttle. The bed was comfy and bigger than I expected. I would recommend new/nicer towels and more for the stay. Also shocked to have hand soap that was refilled with water and shooting out. Thankfully found some under the sink that was new. Recommend a heavier blanket on the bed too. Even though summer, nights were a bit chilly. Random boxes above the kitchen loft area were weird too, felt like they forgot to clean up their mess. Also make note of whether to lock the entry door at night. There was a bear that tipped over trash and that would have been interesting if it entered. However, overall we were satisfied and would book again!

Overall the place was fine but we wouldn’t stay again. First, the communication from the host was incredibly disappointing. Texts and calls were not answered with check in / parking questions which was so unhelpful. Also, for anyone considering staying in warm summer months, note that the unit is upstairs and remained quite hot for our entire stay, even at night when the temperature cooled outside (even with windows open, airflow was poor). A great location but that meant a challenging parking station and noise from the restaurant next door. Also, very strange and small bathroom. Overall, it depends on what you’re looking for but for us, it wasn’t great.

My son, his friend, and I stayed for three nights. The place was very clean and in a great location. The place had everything you could need. The host was wonderful and had all the information provided for us. The apartment was charming and the bed was very comfortable. My son and his friend slept on the pull out couch and they said it was wonderful. Beth's instructions and notes around the place were spot on. My only suggestions would be to have a TV in the master bedroom and an easier shower to use. The water temperature went from hot to really cold. I could not figure out how to make the temperature just right. I love that you had a Keurig, but only decaf pods. Maybe add some caffeinated ones. I also didn't realize that at 2am the snow removal people would plow snow, which woke me up the first night. The next two nights, it was not as alarming and I was able to fall right back to sleep. Lastly, this has nothing to do with the owner or place, but my car was towed. I parked it by the tennis courts and I thought I read the signs correctly. Apparently, I was wrong and when I went to look for it on Thursday morning, it was gone. The marshall officer was very nice and drove me to get my car. It was $190 oversight on my part. Crested Butte needs better signage. The signs were covered with snow and far from the 'public parking' sign, so I did not think it was applicable to where I parked my car. Otherwise, Crested Butte was a gem. I hope to back this summer

Great property for ski getaway
This property was in an ideal location and just around the corner from Elk Street with all the shops and restaurants The unit was spacious, quiet, and was exactly what we had hoped for in terms of the property description and all of the previous reviews. Parking was convenient and plentiful and the ski locker by front door was handy. The shuttle stop was right around the corner although we took the easy drive to the ski resort each day. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute CB downtown apartment!
We loved this apartment! Incredible downtown location, short walk to the bus stop and CB restaurants. The king bed was super cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen was perfect for making breakfast before hitting the slopes. We appreciated the ski locker too. Parking is a little funky but read the signs and the info provided and you’ll be good. I’ll definitely save this spot for future trips to CB. This has absolutely nothing to do with the apartment or the host. Please be aware of the fees on VRBO these days. The fees for this spot were $306 on top of the nightly rate. I realize we are in inflated times/it’s a business and I haven’t booked with VRBO in awhile, but it seemed a little outrageous given the rate was not that much per night.

Anniversary Trip
We spent our honeymoon in Crested Butte 40 years ago and thought we'd go back for our anniversary. We weren't disappointed. The property was clean, comfortable, and best of all close to everything in town. Being just off Elk Avenue, we easily walked to the shops, restaurants, and bars...no need to drive. We did drive up to the ski area although we weren't skiing. We decided next time to take the free shuttle, the stop for which seems pretty close to the property. We had a great time and will try and schedule this property again.

My husband and I enjoyed staying in this property. It is nicely renovated and spacious, quiet, had a lot of natural light, and is very close to the Main Street where we found many restaurants, interesting shops, and coffee houses all within walking distance. It is however on the second floor and difficult to access for someone with disabilities. The kitchen appliances were newer and everything was very clean. We would stay there again.

The location was great, right in town, very walkable. The unit itself was a little funky because it was above a business. The parking was a little tricky since there is not a designated parking space for that unit. The bed was comfortable. Happy with the Keurig. I feel like the whole unit could use a deep cleaning. There was a light out in the kitchen and the switch for the rest of the kitchen lights was broken. My husband and myself could not get them to stay on because the switch wouldn’t work. Also, there was an actual key to get in the unit, it would have been a lot easier to have a keypad so we didn’t have to keep track of the key. I feel like for the price we paid it could have been a little nicer.

Everything about this booking was easy ! we loved the location so much. We were able to walk all over town with our two young boys. Pull out sofa was great for the kids and the master bed was comfortable and roomy! Great property, highly recommend!

This is our 2nd time staying here. You really can’t beat the location in town and we always found free parking right in front. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment in general is large, bright and clean! It was very hot when we were there (85 degrees) so we bought an extra fan @ ACE to help cool the room, but otherwise - everything was wonderful!!

Right in town. Nice living area and kitchen. Bathroom could use an update. Toilet was awkward. Shower was tough, either scalding or freezing. The stairs up to the apartment were steepish if you’re bringing a lot of stuff.

Great location! Short walk to parking area and shuttle for skiing. Short walk to shops and dining on Elk st. Quiet building! We would stay again. Bathroom has a sloped ceiling and could be challenging for tall people. There is no dead bolt on the door. There was a French press, no regular coffee maker, which worked just fine for 2.

Enjoyable stay at this property. One piece of advice for owner is to replace Kuerig with a drip coffee maker. The French press was nice to use but a bit clunky to fill up with the Kuerig. If keeping the Kuerig let the renters choose a preference of caf/decaf pods. Thanks!

Perfect place for a comfortable and relaxing mountain stay
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo on 5th street. We walked or biked everywhere and had a quick drive to the trail system outside of Gothic. I ran up to the ski mountain a few mornings, which was close as well! The place was perfect, bed was comfortable (and we are picky), the kitchen was great for making breakfast and the couch was comfortable to watch a nighttime movie. The space was great for my husband and I with tons of natural light. It was super clean and updated, just adorable. The washer/dryer was really nice to have as well! Beth was fantastic to work with during check in. She was easy to get a hold of and very responsive. We will certainly be back for another relaxing week in CB in the very near future.

The perfect place for our Crested Butte stay!
From the attention to detail in decor to the linens and cookware, this could not have been a better place for us to stay. Steps from the historical downtown area, but off a side street for great privacy. I will recommend this to anyone I know who's headed to CB and looking for a wonderful and comfortable place to stay.

Don't let the outside exterior fool you - this place is really nice on the inside. It was clean, comfortable and updated with plenty of room to spread out. Since it is just steps from Elk Avenue you are really close to shops and restaurants. It was a little hot one of the days we were there and although there was a small desk fan... a larger box fan would have been nice. Overall a great place to stay.
