The main level features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a convenient half bath, and an open-concept living and dining area anchored by a grand fireplace. The primary bedroom is also located on this level, boasting a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a jetted tub, dual vanities, and a steam shower. The lower level offers a large family room equipped with a projector screen, wet bar, and a selection of games and DVDs for your entertainment. This floor includes three additional bedrooms: a 2 Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, a bunk room with a full bathroom across the hall, and a king bedroom with a Jack and Jill bathroom shared with the family room.



Step outside to your private hot tub, or enjoy direct access to a private stretch of the Slate River right from your backyard. Guest are welcome to fish this stretch of river. Guests have access to two bays in the three-car garage, with additional parking in the driveway. This home is perfectly positioned for year-round outdoor adventures. We are pet friendly and allow up to 2 dogs with a nonrefundable pet fee.
