Summary:
Cozy 1BR located 1/2 block from the heart of Crested Butte!

The Space:
This is a beautifully renovated 1 bedroom cabin on the alley between Elk and Sopris Ave located directly behind The Hideout and Montanya's Distillery.  It's a 1/2 block to the heart of Elk Ave which allows you to walk just about anywhere in town.  Its also just 1/2 a block from the free shuttle bus that runs up to the ski resort every 15 minutes. 

The single story alley house has a queen bed in the bedroom and a full shower/bath combo in the bathroom.   The living area is open with vaulted ceilings, a dining nook and a fully equipped kitchen.  For ambiance and extra warmth, enjoy the gas fireplace after a long day on the slopes.  The stairs shown in the pictures are to a storage area, not a loft. A small patio area is available in the shared back yard.

"Alley living" can be fun with some local CB color.  It can also have a bit of noise associated with it as the delivery trucks do use this alley to deliver to the local businesses.  Its not uncommon to hear people leaving these businesses at night or the opening and closing of a dumpster door as the employees clean things up at the end of the night.

All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.

1 off street parking space is available.

There is no washer and dryer for this property.

Renters 25 and up are welcome, those under 25 are always welcome with their parent or legal guardian. 
Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.
