"The SUPER Expensive Valet Trashed the inside of my car and turned off my AC? They also moved around Boxes in my car. NOT Happy And ALARM ABOUT this matter. I have a Very nice SUV Lincoln Reserve that’s black in color. I don’t know Who in Valet did this PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE WARN Your Customers to Watch out to have nothing in their cars, bc it’s $56 dollars and they will glade they take that for the night, TRULY Shocking a Depressing. They Actually took and misplaced my Dogs RX. My white Box with my Medication was Smacked and trashed, the Medicine is $900 dollars! Was NOT EVER Going Back! A BAD Distrist! I NEVER Had that occurr in Lynette 57 years of life. They demand ONLY Valet, then TRASH the inside of the car. It took me half the day, I won’t touch my $1,000 RX. VERY HORRIBLE and Horrific Experience after I got my car! I will call hotel management! I am a retired International Fonance Deart Gloval Leader of Top Military Degense contractor. Just bc I had my Service Dog with me? So, that’s maybe the respon! Very Dispicable and Disappointing! Please Warm ALL Customers FOREVER And FOR EVER, NEVER to Valet park their high Profile vehicles! What the hell! "

Aloft Dallas Arlington Entertainment District

"I really enjoyed my stay at this little Aloft. The AC in the room was freezing, but adjustable, the room was super clean and Aloft's beds & pillows are so comfortable. I could see through the glass refrigerator door which was cool. The room safe was too close to the floor for my taste and I had to get on my knees to put things in it, but I lived. I really appreciated the retro radio Bluetooth speaker on my bedside table and the retro table with corner bench seating area. There's a $50 refundable incidentals fee but I did use some of it at the incidentals bar. I bought cereal & milk, a soda, a youghart parfait and a Reeses. They keep out free iced lemonade (or water) all night. There's a pool table off the lobby and a little bar called WXYZ Bar. The Arlington Trolley will take you round-trip to the Globe Life Field for $12 but be sure to take it there or you won't know where it will pick you up. People complained on here about the "freakishly dark hallways" but I liked it, and also about the noise from other rooms but nothing bothered me.If anything, I probably made more noise watching Netflix at 4am. It's 1 mile away from the Globe Life Field so Ubering was a breeze. Aloft is always hip and it was a good $200-$400 less than other hotels. They also let you check out at noon instead of 11am so that's nice to have a little extra time. One thing missing from my room was hand soap at the sink and I did need that. I had a great stay! I would book here again."
