"Clean rooms"

"Our family had separate rooms in two separate buildings. In mid-afternoon, we needed to give the baby a bath and there was no hot water in either of the buildings. We were told that one of the buildings had a small water heater, and that the other had huge water heaterS, but they could not explain why both were out at the same time. Despite that I am still giving this a 4 star rating. The entire staff works really hard to make things good, which can be hard with older places."

"Nice hotel near ONT airport. Has 24 hour airport shuttle. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location is across the street from the big mall and plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Overall, we liked the hotel."

"i enjoyed my stay although the staff did not inform us when we checked in that we needed to let them know the night before if we wanted our room serviced (sheets changed and fresh towels) also the bathtub was peeling "

"I want to preface my review with saying I’m from Florida and we’re used to seeing the occasional bug. It’s not a big deal. With that being said, room 141 dead and alive baby roaches kept appearing during our stay. At first, I saw a dead roach and thought “housekeeping must’ve missed this during cleaning.” The next day they cleaned it up and by that evening I returned to another dead one in a new area. I asked my husband did he suspect a roach problem. He stated no so we carried on with our stay. The 3rd day baby roaches were crawling on our dresser before the TV and on the bathroom floor towel! They really need to get this under control because the properly looks fairly new and nobody wants to pay hundreds of dollars to stay in a roach infested hotel. I gave it a 3 due to that. The front hotel staff and housekeepers are friendly. The Hispanic breakfast man was extremely rude to me my first day but the kind lately at the front desk apologized for his behavior. She was pleasant each day she the general manager was extremely kind! They do a fantastic job with customer service. If I could make another recommendation, it would be try to switch up the breakfast menu. We stayed there 5 nights and only on Saturday was the menu different & that’s a stretch( the only difference was they served bacon that day instead of sausage). Would I stay here again, no. Would I recommend it to you for a 2 day trip, sure."
