"We were very happy for our stay in Villa Sofia.
We were 4 generations – my husband and I, our son and daughter in law, our 5 grandchildren with wife/girl/boyfriends and our great grandson age 3½ year. A house with 7 bedrooms was needed – and Villa Sofia were perfect- with 3 separated apartments. The landlord had arranged a big table for us so we all could be together for the meals.
We are also very grateful for all the help and support we got from the landlord and Elisabeth. Our planned flight...

"Das Haus entsprach voll und ganz der Beschreibung. Zu erwähnen ist, das es auch andere Vermietungen auf dem Grundstück gibt, die uns jedoch nicht gestört haben. Wir wurden von Ioanna sehr herzlich empfangen und immer wieder zwischendurch mit traditionellen Kleinigkeiten versorgt. Noch nie hatten wir eine so nette Gastgeberin, die sich fast jeden Tag kümmert und nach dem Rechten sieht. Die Lage des Grundstücks ist sehr zentral und man ist schnell am Strand. "

"We were 6 adults and 4 teenagers and the arrangement of 2 independent suites worked well. The Upper area had the best view so people tended to gather there more often. The kitchen did not have enough glasses or plates etc so we were always carrying items up and downstairs. The kettle broke and was not replaced as promised.The downstairs area was ideal when barbecuing. The pool was good and very popular with enough sun beds for most of us.It was cleaned and treated every 3 days keeping it...

"Liked our stay. The vrbo text messaging with the management company was very good. When we came we knocked at the neighbors door that he didn’t know English because we didn’t have the exact property number but GPS coordinates (a first). Note Elia’s property and Elea is the same owner. They have the name Elea on the door. You absolutely need to rent a car if you want to rent at this location. "

"Host Ilias is very nice Person, he help us about everything. The House is big, enough for 4 maybe 5 people, very clean, close to the beach(80m), Restaurants, Supermarket, equipped with everything. The Location is perfect. Walking distance to the old town of Rethymno."
