Welcome to the Harris Beach House! ON the beach with private beach access.

"The property is an old house renovated to accommodate as many people as possible, with appliances not up to the caliber they should be for the price being asked. The kitchen was moderately equipped. The property was so clean it squeaked. Had a narrow beach and an ocean view, but what there was was very nice. Steps to the beach were a workout, not ADA-accessible. Worth the walk on the beach. The property is NOT ADA, with narrow doorways and very small bathrooms. There was no key in the lockbox, and the front door was unlocked. I am sure this was a courtesy from host who we never had contact with and to the best I can remember, did not knoe how to get in touch. Over all we did enjoy ourselves ver much."

"This is an incredible property! A must stay if you are ever near this area. It was like a dream destination- my kids (17 and 13) said it was their favorite stay ever. I agree wholeheartedly! The views are jaw dropping. Book it- you won’t want to leave! Thanks for all the thoughtful details, such a jewel and we are blessed you shared it with us!"

"Rooms are nice and some come with a balcony facing the ocean, which is within short walking distance. The only downfall was although check in is at 4pm, our room was not ready for us until 6:15pm so that was a bummer. Otherwise was a nice property we would stay at again."

"Spick and span and no odors. The kitchen was well appointed, especially the full size refrigerator was a plus. Staff is kind, uplifting and friendly. Nearby restaurants are within walking distance. We choose to drive to The Fat Irish Restaurant 1 mile away. Redwoods 30 minute drive. Highly recommend Crescent City visitor center for information. We will return to this area and stay at Ocean Suites again."
