2 minute walk to the lake, short stroll to old Cromwell town, large carport with plenty of off street parking. Central heating, gas cook top, dishwasher, Large 70inch tv along with tv in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. great outdoor area with BBQ. Pet's on request.
