White Lily Lodge 50 acre estate with private lake

The White Lily Lodge was built in 1911 by the Nugent family and was once a thriving bed and breakfast in the town of Grafton, NY. Since the early 1950's, it has remained a private estate. The White Lily Lodge sits on 50 acres with its own private 25 acre pond. The estate is surrounded by over 2500 acres of wooded state land which makes for an private and relaxing retreat.

The lodge has eight bedrooms which includes two suites with private full bathrooms. An additional two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style full bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms share a hall full bathroom.

The main floor has a large great room with a beautiful stone fireplace which was built using the native stone, Greywacke. Incorporated into the great room is a small library. Also on the main floor is a large sun room and dining room with a table that seats twelve. One of the impressive features of the lodge is the expansive 65ft long three season porch that overlooks the front yard and pond. The breakfast room and kitchen have all you major appliances: stove, refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, Kureg coffee maker, and washer/dryer. Pot/pans, plates/bowls, and silverware are made available to our guests.

All bedrooms are supplied with towels and bedding. Soap, Shampoo, and toilet paper is also provided. All bedrooms have heat and AC.
