"Travelling solo for Ramblers purposes for 2 nights, it was a pleasure staying here, luxury accommodation, all those nice little extras in the rooms, like a big TV, Nespresso coffee maker, complementary bottles of water, biscuits etc. Things you miss a lot nowadays when you stay in budget big chain hotels. The staff were really excellent. First night turned out to be the World Cup semi final, England v Argentina and they even reserved a table for me in the garden and watching the match on a huge screen with all the locals was a real pleasurable experience. Food faultless, choice of beers superb."
