THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF FAIRFIELD GLADE, RIGHT BY THE MAIN 4-WAY INTERSECTION AND ONLY MINUTES FROM GOLFING, BOATING, SWIMMING AND FITNESS CENTER! Less than a mile from Community Center and all other amenities.

2 Bedroom, 1.5 baths; Townhome in Fairfield Glade, TN.
*Great unit! Has hardwood floors -upstairs and downstairs!*
Townhome/see photos, bedrooms on 2nd floor- 12-14 steps inside to second floor.
The heart of Fairfield Glade Resort, it is within walking distance of the Community Center and the Tennis/Raquet Center.
Downstairs: Living Room and Dining Room/Kitchen; half bath; stack-able washer/dryer; walk out private patio with table and chairs-nice outdoor area with courtyard view!
Upstairs: #1 Bedroom with King size bed, # 2 Bedroom with Queen Size Bed & Daybed (2 twin beds); Full size bathroom; deck out of Bedroom 2
One TV in living room; 50 inch; Roku for live TV and streaming. high speed internet-Wifi; password provided

If you secure a booking then we can request a guest pass, but we need full names of each person who might need one. the guest pass *does not pay* for amenities like golfing or a golf cart rental, or swimming. It allows you access as a guest and you have to pay for your activities at The Glade, etc.

We enjoyed our stay at Fairfield Glade! The owners responded extremely quickly to the few questions that we had. The condo was comfortable and very clean. We would stay here again.

The Maxwell Glade Condo Adventure

Check in was a snap. Condo was clean and organized. Location is right off the main road (Peavine) so be careful if you have pets.

Great places while visiting family

Unit was exactly as described, and a good fit for our four person family (kids 12/14). Kids declared their sleep was good, adults enjoyed a really comfortable sleep. Kitchen has plenty of core items, chairs were comfortable, and location is quiet enough with walkable access to the mart at Weigels for some core items like milk.

Great Location

We stayed here for 2 1/2 months while waiting for our new house to be finished. Owner's are prompt to respond to any correspondence. An excellent location (walking distance to most everything) and a clean, safe place to stay. Overall the condo was great. It could use a good deep cleaning, but other than that we were very grateful we had such a nice place to stay while we needed it. We would highly recommend this condo to anyone!!

Perfect for me

I came in for a quick weekend birthday celebration. The Comfy Condo was just that, comfy, clean, quiet. It allowed me to bring my Yorkie. There were no issues or problems. The entire stay was relaxed and very enjoyable. I would definitely stay in one of their places on my next trip to TN.

Great Owners

We visit Fairfield Glade a few times each year and always stay in units owned by the Maxwells. Their condos are clean, comfortable, and well stocked. I can’t say enough about them as hosts. They are easy to get in touch with and communicate every step of the way. This time we had an issue with the door lock and Nate arrived

Terrific location for what I needed. Very clean and easy check-in process. Super easy parking at the door. Condo was a bit dated with poor lighting. Comfortable overall and I would strongly consider staying again should the need arise.
