This is the exact unit you will be staying in!
Owned and managed by us personally.

THE CONDO IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF FAIRFIELD GLADE, RIGHT BY THE MAIN 4-WAY INTERSECTION AND ONLY MINUTES FROM GOLFING, BOATING, SWIMMING AND FITNESS CENTER! We are less than a mile from the community center and many other amenities in The Glade.

2 bedroom/2 bath condo/town home ; Living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath on ground floor.
2 bedrooms 1.5 bath upstairs-one full bathroom and then another separate shower as well.
Upstairs: 1st bedroom - king bed; 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a day bed(2twin beds)- total of 4 beds. Upstairs between bedrooms full bath. Stand up shower in 2nd bedroom.
Wilshire Heights area of Fairfield Glade. Full kitchen with appliances and all items needed in the kitchen are provided for cooking, etc. TV in living room and open dining room; ground floor is open floor plan. Walk out patio from living room with table and chairs outside. Stackable washer/dryer in closet on ground floor under the stairs. Half bath down stairs.

One TV in living room; 50 inch; Roku for live TV and streaming
High speed internet-Wifi; password provided
-Outdoor propane grill on the patio, with cover
-Regular coffee pot in Kitchen

If you secure a booking then we can request a guest pass, but we need full names of each person who might need one. the guest pass *does not pay* for amenities like golfing or pools. It allows you access as a guest and you have to pay for your activities at The Glade, etc.

-We also own and rent several other units in this area; so if you have a big group coming please message us to see if our other units are open.
-ALL BEDROOMS ARE UPSTAIRS

-One assigned parking spot in front of the condo, one other vehicle could park in an unassigned space. Trailers, boats and large vans aren't allowed to park per HOA rules.

We stayed here with another couple after attending a play at the Playhouse - worked great for us! Good location, clean, comfy beds, and allowed a one night stay - will return here if ever need such accommodations again!

Roomy condo, centrally located

The room sizes were generous, the bathrooms were very clean and well stocked. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed. The living room and dining area were very comfortable. Windows were generous, bringing in a lot of light. Would definitely stay here again.

Fairfield Glade Family Time

We enjoyed this spacious condo that is close to family, and many activities here in Tennessee! The condo had all we needed and the owners/hosts were easy to reach and available if we needed anything. We plan to come back again in the Spring!

Ladies golf tournament

Many women came to fairfield glade yo play in their invitational, weather was warm and company was fantastic. The condo my friend and i stayed in was nice, a bit dark and dated but met our needs. It was clean and easy to find. Host was accommodating letting us drop off luggage and left good instructions on what we needed to do before we left. I would recommend this condo.

Family vacation

The condo was excellent. Very clean, large and roomy. Well stocked. (The most stocked I've truly ever seen a vrbo) The hosts were great. Nothing about the condo was disappointing! The only reason I didn't give 5* overall was due to the resort amenities. I didn't realize when we booked that the guests passes still required a fee for basic entry. So every time we went to play basketball, swim or play pickleball there was a fee ranging from 4-14 per person.Everything is also very spread out and not kid friendly to walk. I would book with the hosts again but not at this location for my family. The area was very safe and nice though.

Wilshire End Unit

Location was great. Unit size was nice, as expected. Overall, the unit was simply not clean. Too much dust on all flat devices and noticeable grime on walls, especially the 1/2 bath. Hairs in the shower upon arrival. The kitchen is cluttered with mismatched old pans and too many baskets that take up space. There were no dish cloths or towels that every kitchen needs. The plug in air fresheners were overwhelming so they went in a drawer immediately. The unit would benefit by a deep clean and the winter season would have been a good time for it. Otherwise, it is in a great location !

Great Stay

We stayed at this property for a friend's mother who turned 100 years old so we were there for her birthday celebration. The property was as described. We mainly slept there since we were mostly away for the festivities, and ate out, but all the amenities were there to cook if we had wanted to. We spent 3 nights. We were allowed to bring our dog, (a 7# yorkie). We had gotten lost trying to find the location on our first night arrival, texted the property owner, and got a phone call right back with clear directions on getting there. The communication with the property owners is top notch! Not once did we have a question that went unanswered, never! And in a timely manner too! Impressive! The location is great as is the neighborhood it is located. We would for sure stay here again if the opportunity arose.
