In the Lakeshore Terrace complex and on Lake Catherine. This beautiful lakefront townhome is one level and has a carport. As you enter from the carport you will love the great lakefront views as well as enjoying a remodeled kitchen and comfortably-designed living area with lovely furnishings. The master bedroom has a great view of the lake, king size bed and has an attached bath. The guest bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a washer and dryer in the large guest bathroom.

This is a very comfortable and well maintained condo which is accurately reflected in the on-line photos. It is located on Lake Catherine with a beautiful view of the lake. It has a spacious deck within yards of the shoreline. Handy for fishing or dipping into the lake. It is a short 5 minute drive to the restaurants, lakes and golf courses located in Fairfield Glade Resort (FG). I played 4 of the 5 golf courses in FG. All were in excellent condition. The FG staff were a pleasure to work with when booking tee times and dining. Checkout the fairfieldglade website for details on the FG amenities. We rented a pontoon at the Lake Dartmoor marina and cruised the lake for 3 hrs. Very relaxing. There is a large grocery store 1 mile away for stocking up on supplies once you have arrived. The property is actively managed by GWINN Realty (GR). Its office is 1/2 mile away. We found the GR staff excellent to work with before and during our stay. This was our first visit to the area and they were extremely responsive to our questions and needs during the stay. If you are a couple or family of 4 this would be an excellent condo to rent.
