The Gîte à la ferme du Marquisat in Crots offers 20 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. You will have a private bedroom and bathroom for your stay. The property features a fully equipped private kitchen for your use. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, a TV, mountain views, and a covered terrace. A continental breakfast—choice of coffee, milk, hot chocolate or tea, with bread, pastries, butter, jam, and orange juice—is available for an extra charge.

20 m² chalet with one bedroom, a sofa, and a kitchen equipped with a mini dishwasher, small fridge, and freezer. Just 4 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon, you can enjoy nearby water activities and beaches. Beautiful hiking trails start right at the property entrance. Pets are not allowed. Cleaning must be done at the end of your stay. For safety reasons, children under 5 are not accepted, as the infrastructure is not suitable. Sheep and other animals live on the property.
