Million-Dollar Lake View + Hot Tub Retreat!

Enjoy stunning lake views from this charming retreat featuring a private hot tub, fire pit, and pellet grill. The cozy bedroom has a king bed, and the sunroom includes a twin trundle for extra guests. Cook with ease in the fully stocked kitchen with basic spices, oil, and cookware. The home also offers a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, fast WiFi, and a peaceful setting perfect for relaxing getaways.
**A $120 pet fee applies to all reservations with pets. All pets must be disclosed and included in the reservation at the time of booking. This fee does not apply to service animals as defined by law.

***Check-out is at 10:00 AM. Guests who fail to vacate the property by 10:15 AM without prior approval will be charged $75 per hour for each additional hour they remain inside the home. This policy ensures we have sufficient time to prepare the property for incoming guests.

1- Please keep dogs off furniture and bedding. When dogs are outside, please keep them on a leash. Pick up and bag all pet waste.
2- Must be courteous to our neighbors and avoid loud outside activities from 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
3- No smoking or vaping inside the house. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts.
4- Please avoid neighboring properties and stay within our yard.
5-Please shower before using the hot tub. (Sunscreen and tanning lotions need to be removed prior to getting in)
6- Do not use the hot tub if you have had a spray tan within the past 3 weeks.
7- When the hot tub is not in use the lid should be replaced immediately.
8-Failure to adhere to the hot tub rules will result in a $250 fee.
9- Do not add charcoal to the pellet grill. The pellets for use are provided. Adding charcoal to the pellet grill will result in a $100 fee. If you need assistance to operate the grill, please contact the host.

This home has the best views of the sunrise. It is very tranquil. Kacy is an amazing host and thinks of the little things that make your stay better than you expected. She left a personal note celebrating my birthday. The details such as a variety of coffee, creamers, snacks, make up towels, and even recommendations on best places to eat. We can’t wait to book again. Thanks so much for your hospitality! Highly recommend!
