The spacious kitchen is a chef`s delight. Our home is located in a tranquil neighborhood surrounded by trees. With its tasteful decor, this haven seamlessly blends style and convenience.     Step into our spacious 3-bedroom home and be greeted by a grand open kitchen adorned with bar seating and brand-new appliances. Adjacent is a convenient laundry room housing a washer and dryer. The dining room boasts a full-size table, perfect for memorable meals. Unwind in the expansive and cozy living area, complete with a streaming-capable TV. Accommodate your guests in a comfortable queen bed in one guest room, while another offers two twin beds and an additional TV. The guest bathroom features a full-size tub/shower. Retreat to the primary bedroom, boasting an attached bathroom for added privacy. Outside, indulge in the large backyard with stunning country views, outdoor seating, and a charming fire pit.



    Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there`s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! It`s likely you won`t see us during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, We are here anytime you need to reach out. Very roomy

A lot of space to relax. Great location and very safe. Beds were comfortable, nice kitchen and living room was relaxing. Also a nice patio on the back. This place was very clean and well kept.

We enjoyed our stay at The Hoyt house. Clean, very nicely remodeled, all linens were very acceptable, spacious closets, Large bedrooms and lots of open space for all of us to visit and not be crowded. Very comfortable and very happy with our stay.

Pleasant location in Bayou Bend

The Hoyt house in the Bayou Bend neighborhood was clean, inviting, and comfortable. We had a great time visiting friends and family in the area, with this nicely updated home to which to retreat and relax when the day was done. Clean, comfortable home away from home

Our stay was was great. This home was very clean and comfortable. We stayed while our son's Jr. College baseball team played against LSUE. It was a convenient location make the games as well as see the surrounding attractions located just a short drive from thus location. I woukd stay here again if the opportunity arises to visit the area again.

Quiet wedding weekend stay

Were in town for a family wedding. This house was the perfect size for the mother of the groom and her siblings. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and lots of area to arrange and package gifts for guests. Five minutes to downtown coffee shops, the church and reception venue. Simple and easy check in and chek out.

Perfect spot in a very quiet subdivision filled with tidy neat homes. The space inside is far larger than you’d sense from the modest size of the home. Everything spotless and multiple small touches throughout that made this a spot we will return to when we are in this area. Very responsive and definitely earns 5 stars!
