"Conveniently located, very clean, spacious room, I don't think we've activated the heating properly so we remained a little fresher than hoped. Parking is £5 extra if you don't book directly, we discovered. Free internet is a bonus or we didn't have Any reception. Can't comment on their restaurant/bar as we didn't use it. Welcome break next door has anything else you might need. We'll definitely come again."

"Our room was quite small with a small window and a bit dark. Staff were always helpful and cheerful. "

"We had a really lovely spacious room with a little patio and outdoor seating. The bed was very comfortable, lovely clean bedding, and the bathroom was spotless. Very nice toiletries. We decided to have dinner at the last minute which was really very nice. Nice river walk into the centre of Oxford rather than walking along the main road. The only negative was having to pay £25 for parking! "

"Room was clean and decent size for family of 4 however it was extremely hot. Couldn’t sleep first night however next morning we raised this issue and was provided with fans. Saw other guests complaint about same issue so I guess it’s common. Parking was stressful, their carpark was expensive and full so had to quickly drop everything then park at the mall carpark for £7 a day. No cars allowed in front of hotel except for buses. You have to go around to get to the hotel carpark"
