"Breakfast was good. A/C very touchy, either too cool or too stuffy (late April). Property overall clean. Pool had 'stuff' in bottom and needed to be cleaned. Advertised a hot tub, but it has been filled with concrete!"

"Parking was easy, indoor pool was ok. Tub had a large hole in it which didn’t allow for a shower - when i tried to let them know it seemed as if they had no idea what i was talking about- even showed a picture. No change Basic digital channels "

"This hideaway has EVERYTHING you need and then some. It is immaculately clean, the beds are very comfortable, the furniture is in excellent condition, the AC runs great, its very quiet, and only 1 mile from the event center with a generous 11am checkout time. Zero complaints, would stay here anytime!"

"We had short one night stay to attend a baby shower. The guys stayed back and enjoyed the space. The kids enjoyed the yard and the arcade. There is nothing wrong with this property and it’s in a great location. I will say if mobility is an issue for a family member, I would advise finding another property. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the 2nd floor and the stairs are short, but somewhat steep. In no way does that decrease this review. I just happened to have 2 older adults with me and it created a small issue. We would stay again. Thank you"

"Bauman’s Deep Woods Escape is a wonderful resort-style home in beautiful surroundings. The five bedrooms were a perfect fit for our two families (4 adults, 8 children ranging from 4-18). The pool, hot tub, volleyball court, horseshoes, fire pit, ping pong table and pool table were big hits all around. Emma is a thoughtful host, easy to communicate with, flexible, friendly, and professional. We are so sad to leave!"

"Breakfast menu was a little limited. Clean room. Staff great! Air condition and heat perfect. Better than what I consider it's price competitors to be. In today's high tech age, a few more electrical receptacles would be nice, but that's the case in most hotel/motels in this price range."
